Policy on shipment time: standard delivery is 3-4 working days plus processing time if needed there’s only one member of staff if you need your order quicker please email to see if this is possible.

Purchase ftf on market : unless the product we faulty on purchase we do not have to offer refunds however we have a good wills policy of credit note which is valid until used.

Returns: You have 14 days of receiving your product to let us know if you’d like to return

"Items may be tried on as they would be in a shop but must not be worn beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect and assess them."

We have up to 14 days to reimburse per law.

we DONT cover cost for your return 

unless we have sent an item out faulty by accident we will cover for standard postage of £3.65 which you can do with Royal Mail 48 hours tracked.

on all returns you need to put your name & order number inside so we can acknowledge who this has came from.
